Payments

Prices are shown in RM and are NETT prices, no other tax will be charged of the invoice.  Prices are subjected to change from time to time without notification.

We accept bank transfer for ordering.

Stock ,Delivery & Installation

Goods availability will be checked upon order confirmation. The delivery date or the lead time of the product via email or Whatsapp 016-736 7433

We provide free delivery with a total purchase over RM1,000 unless otherwise stated .

For bulky items, there will be extra charges if no lift accessible storey

        Ground floor - Free of Charge

        1st and subsequent non lift accessible floor - RM20 per storey, Minimum Charges RM30.

Your orders are usually delivered within 7-14 working days upon payment is received. Please check your address and contact number are correctly stated in the invoice. We reserve the rights of the delivered items if payment is not in full upon delivery.

Warranty & Refund

Our storekeeper will do the Quality Check before delivering. 6 months warranty is applicable to manufacturing defect starting from the date of delivery. Any damage has been caused to the regarding item by customer cannot be exchanged and refundable.
